An operator is someone who can access and use the Bulp LiveChat Dashboard. An operator can be split into 3 roles depending on their roles: admins, analysts, and standard operators.

What are concurrent chats?

Concurrent chats is the number of chats that can be simultaneously opened by an operator during a given time.

What are shortcuts?

An important feature within the Bulp Chat dashboard that can simplify and shorten the amount of time needed to type during a conversation.

Is there a trial period in using Bulp Chat? If so, how long is the trial period?

Yes, there is. You can have a free trial period for 2 weeks where you can access and try using all the features within the dashboard. We hope this trial period can give you a clearer idea on how Bulp Chat works.

What is the next step after the trial?

2 days before your trial ends, we will contact you to let you choose the Bulp Chat package that are available. If after the trial period you still have not decided on a package, then you will be downgraded to the “Lite” package where all the features and limitations are according to the “Lite” package.

How about the payment system?

Currently we are accepting bank transfers and bank cheques.

How and when are we able to upgrade or downgrade our package?

You can upgrade or downgrade your packages anytime you want according to your immediate needs.

Will the change in packages immediately affect the billing statement?

Yes. When you upgrade or downgrade your packages, your billing statement will automatically be adjusted according to the amount of days you have used each packages.
